This change is for Alliance Pro and Alliance VF dispatchers and settlement people.
You can now change the DEAD HEAD start location and/or the DEAD HEAD start date/time after a trip has been dispatched or completed.
To do this,
- Open up the "Travel Order" profile
- In the "black bar" at the top of the screen, select "Modify DH Start Location" from the "T.O. Update" drop down menu.
- This will open a new window where you can enter a new Dead Head start location and/or the Dead Head start date/time.
- Click CONTINUE and then SAVE to save your changes.
The system will then recalculate the dead head miles and modify the "Dead Head" Travel Order information accordingly.
