You can now "Store and Maintain" odometer readings for all your vehicles. Another "FREE" upgrade to the software!
Storing new odometer readings can be done:
- Manually via the Vehicle Profile screen
- Automatically by the driver completing a "stored macro" from their Qualcomm unit.
To store/view the odometer readings for a single vehicle:
- Go to main menu FLEETS and sub-menu Vehicles. Select a truck from the list and "Drill into" the truck profile.
- From the truck profile, click on the button that says "ODOMETER HISTORY". A new screen will open.
- From the Odometer History screen, you can create new entries or fix incorrect entries.
Here is a screen snapshot of the manual way of adding / modifying odometer readings.
There is also a screen available to review all odometer readings by unit, by driver, by owner and by trailer for a date range. To view a collection of odometer readings, do the following:
- Go to main menu FLEETS and sub-menu Odometer History. Select a truck from the list and "Drill into" the truck profile.
- From the truck profile, click on the button that says "ODOMETER HISTORY". A new screen will open.
- From the Odometer History screen, you can create new entries or fix incorrect entries.
If you use QUALCOMM tracking solutions, there is a new Macro available to you to have the drivers submit their odometer readings directly into the system. Please contact us if you are interested in having this new macro enabled.
