AlliancePro users now have the ability to get a quick "cost analysis" of a load prior to dispatching the load.

This is a quick way to determine the most economical way to dispatch the load.

In a "saved order", there is a "Dollar Sign" icon in the list of icons at the top of the order. If you click on the "dollar sign" icon, the system will review all your pay structures (both your outside carriers and/or inside drivers) and calculate the cost of each pay alternative based on the information in the order. The resulting screen will show:

  • Pay structure name (either outside carrier or your own driver pay code)
  • Effective dates of the pay structure
  • Pay format (mileage, percentage of revenue, tiered, etc.)
  • Rates in place
  • Cost to use a driver/carrier associated to the pay rate table
  • Gross Margin to use a driver/carrier associated to the pay rate table.

To use the new feature, open a saved order and click the "dollar sign" icon.

Below is a sample screen shot of how the screen performs.

Thanks to Kyle Ochs from HeLP Logistics for this time saving suggestion.

It just keeps getting better ... and the best is yet to come!
