Loads Brokered To Me - Updated
Thanks to Jesse Hauskins from Zipp Express for suggestions to improve the "Loads Brokered to Me" section of the Alliance Connect system.
The "Loads Brokered to Me" is a special feature available to all "Alliance Connect" subscribers that allows them to update any load brokered to them from an Alliance Pro or VF subscriber.
To see all the "loads brokered to you", go to main menu option DISPATCH and then sub-menu option "Loads Brokered to Me". This will list all the loads that are brokered to you by ANY Alliance Pro or Alliance Virtual Fleet (VF) Sylectus subscriber.
From this screen, Alliance Connect users can view information about the load and update the status of the load. All these updates are immediately seen by the company that brokered the load to the Alliance Connect subscriber. From this screen, Alliance Connect users can:
- Update the Vehicle and Trailer ID.
- Update all trip events (arrive, load, arrive, empty) including dates, times, pieces, weight, Bill of Lading, Proof of Delivery, etc.
- View tall the pick-up and delivery data, including name, address, city, state, zip, phone, fax and contact information.
- Update the check call information. If a check call is overdue, the box will turn YELLOW.
- View the scheduled date and time of the next stop PLUS see the ETA based on the last check call.
- View the "Carrier Contract" agreement between them and the company that brokered the freight to them. This includes the agreed to rate.
- (NEW – thanks to Jesse Hauskins recommendations) View all the key contact information of the company that brokered the freight to them. This will show key contact information like company name, address, city, state, zip, phone, fax, website, who booked the load, who dispatched the load, key contacts, complaint contact, accounts payable contact, credit information, etc.
