Posted Load Updates
There are several new enhancements to the “Posted Load” board to make it easier to use.
- Users can click on the “Days to Pay” and “Credit Rating” and get access to more
credit related data about the company posting the load. In particular:
- Company information
- DOT and MC numbers
- Complaint and A/P Contact Information
- A link to the TransCredit web site to find out more information about TransCredit (the company that provides us with “days to pay” and “credit rating” information).
- A history of the “Days to Pay” and “Credit Rating” we store in our system. Over time, this will provide valuable credit trending information.
- Links to TransCredit forms.
- The links to TransCredit forms are as follows:
- Credit Application – use this form if you do not have credit data on the Sylectus system and you want your “Days to Pay” and “Credit Score” to show on the posted load screen.
- Collecting Overdue Bills – use this form to have TransCredit help you collect on overdue accounts. They have a great track record of collecting overdue bills.
- Credit Experience Report – use this form to share your credit experience about a company with TransCredit.

Alliance Connect users can also search historical posted loads. There is a NEW button called “Search My Loads Only”. To search your historical loads, change the date range at the top of the screen and click “Search My Loads Only” button. You can click on any of your historical loads, modify the load, and re-submit the load as a new posted load.
If you click on the company name who posted the load it will open up the order profile. In the order profile, just below the company name, you can see the date the company first subscribed to become a member of the Alliance. Thanks to Jesse Hauskins of Zipp Express for this suggestion.
We have added a button so you can quickly jump to the new “Lane Posting” system. Eventually, we will have an option for you to see the posted lanes below the posted loads.
