Load Board - Find nearby trucks with a single click
Now, with a simple, single mouse click, you can quickly check your truck availability near any posted load.
We have added the “closest truck search” icon (binoculars) beside the “pick-up” city state on every load posted on our load board. If you “click” this icon, the system will:
- Open up the “Find Closest Unit” screen.
- Pre-fill the “pick-up” and “delivery” city and states into the search screen from the posted load screen.
- Pre-fill the “Minimum” weight for the search from the posted load weight.
- Pre-fill the proximity miles (units within) and routing type (air, practical, etc.) based on your default parameters.
- Click the “SEARCH MY FLEET” button for you.
- Display all your trucks that meet your criteria at the bottom of the screen (typical truck search results).
This makes it extremely easy, simple and fast to see if you have an available truck near any posted load.
When will this function not work properly?
- If you don’t keep your truck locations updated. But, we have a solution for you! We integrate with QUALCOMM or GPS Phones so your truck positions will ALWAYS be updated automatically! Never miss a load because your truck position was incorrect. Whether you subscribe t to the Small Carrier, Connect, Virtual Fleet or Pro levels of our software, the tracking of your trucks can be automated. - If you don’t keep your truck “payload” data updated. Make sure your truck records are maintained, especially how much weight they can carry. The automated search will filter out any truck that cannot carry the specified weight in the posted load. If you have your payload set to zero, the truck will be excluded from the search results.
