Sending Trailer ID to NLM
If you subscribe to our automated Sylectus-NLM interface, you can now send the TRAILER ID to NLM instead of the TRUCK ID.
There are times when NLM wants the Trailer ID carrying the NLM managed freight. NLM’s system will not allow us to send BOTH Trailer and Truck. So what we have done is provided users with a field in the NLM update screen to enter the trailer ID.
If the trailer ID is entered into the field, the system will transmit the TRAILER ID rather than the TRUCK ID to NLM.
