Automatically "Share" with new Alliance members
Whenever a new company joins the Sylectus Alliance, existing Sylectus subscribers are required to update their “Sharing Rules” before loads and available trucks can be shared with the new Alliance member. You can now have the system “automatically” share with all new Sylectus subscribers using a switch in the “Corporate Defaults” section of the system.
To set this switch, a user must have administrative rights and do the following:
- Go to main menu USERS and sub-menu “Corporate Defaults”
- Find the area in Corporate Defaults called “Automatically share with All Alliance Members” and set the switch to Y.
- Save the corporate defaults.
Every evening, the system will review the system for companies that have the switch set to YES and update the sharing rules accordingly.
